Betting Odds to Win NFC Conference
We are into NFL Week 13 and that means the NFL playoffs are fast approaching. Today we will be previewing updated betting odds to win the NFC Conference and who will play in Super Bowl 2016.
Some experts believe that the NFC conference is more competitive than the AFC conference. That could be true as sports books have listed the Seahawks and Packers as the top 2 teams in the entire NFL in terms of making the Super Bowl.
The NFC conference championship determines which NFC team will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. Since the Packers and Seahawks are overwhelming favorites to win the Super Bowl outright, it only makes sense that these two teams have become the standard within the NFC conference. The Seahawks and Packers are getting identical odds to win the NFC championship with both teams being listed at +280.
Did we also forget to mention that Coldplay will be the headlining act during the 2016 Super Bowl halftime show at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The next closest team to the Packers and Seahawks are the Dallas Cowboys, who are currently being priced at +550. Outside of these three teams, the odds for other NFC teams to win the conference championship drops off drastically. For example, the Eagles are getting +1,500 odds to win the NFC conference while the Saints are getting +2,200 odds.
A monumental shift in power within the NFC will occur if the Packers or Seahawks are unable to win the NFC conference championship. Could this be the year that Cowboys finally break through and return to the promised land?
